Cookies
TPS sets as few cookies as it can. The essential ones make sign-in work and remember your cookie choice — they need no consent. Google Analytics is the only thing that needs your consent, and it doesn’t load, set cookies, or collect anything until you say yes. Saying no changes nothing about how the site works, and we won’t ask again.
What we set
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-<project>-auth-token | Essential | Keeps you signed in. Only set when you sign in. May be split into numbered parts (.0, .1) if large. | Up to 400 days, refreshed while you use the site; removed when you sign out |
| sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier | Essential | Completes a sign-in link or GitHub/Google sign-in securely. | Removed when the sign-in finishes; if a sign-in is abandoned, up to 400 days |
| tps_consent | Essential | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don’t ask again. | 12 months |
| tps_reaccept_dismissed | Essential | Only set if you dismiss the notice that our terms have changed, so it stays dismissed for that change. | 12 months |
| _ga | Analytics — only with consent | Google Analytics: tells visits from the same browser apart. | Up to 2 years (most browsers cap this at 400 days) |
| _ga_<ID> | Analytics — only with consent | Google Analytics: keeps track of the current session. | Up to 2 years (most browsers cap this at 400 days) |
Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are used and how people find them. Google keeps that data for 14 months, then deletes it. We don’t use it for advertising or to profile you. More in the privacy policy.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. This clears your choice and the analytics cookies, and asks you again. Questions: hello@tokenspersecond.ai.
